Day 1: Arrive in Yinchuan
Day 2: Yinchuan - Trekking starting point - Stay at Swan Lake campsite (bonfire and fireworks) 12km🚶🏻‍♂️
Day 3: Swan Lake sunrise - Heart of the Earth Ulan Lake - Suhaitu Lake - Stay at Sun Lake campsite (breathtaking sunset) 26km🚶🏻‍♂️
Day 4: Sun Lake sunrise - Cross the big sand dunes - Distant view of Moon Lake - Reach the finish line - Award ceremony - Return home 14km🚶🏻‍♂️

【Gear and Supplies Preparation】
🥨 Food: Three meals a day provided in the desert, featuring delicious desert cuisine.
🥤 Drinks: Bottled water and energy drinks provided, with supply vehicles accompanying.
🧢 Clothing: Large temperature differences between day and night, so bring daytime base layers and fleece jackets for the evening. Sunglasses, hats, and we provide sand-proof scarves, trekking poles, sand-proof shoe covers, and sweat-wicking T-shirts.
⛺️ Accommodation: First night in a Yinchuan hotel, second night at Swan Lake campsite, third night at Sun Lake campsite. Outdoor desert tents, sleeping bags, and moisture-proof mats provided.
🚗 Transportation: The 4-day, 3-night group itinerary is relatively flexible. You can arrange your own transportation to Yinchuan and join the group departure. Daily departures available.
🔥 Activities: Free sand sliding, bonfire singing and dancing, and watching desert fireworks.
