Pison is a famous restaurant in Ubud, but their coffee is even better

Pison, already known as a popular restaurant in Ubud, offers food that is consistently above average, a pleasant interior, and a rice field view without having to leave the outskirts, making it a hot spot for travelers in many ways🌾

Every dish we ordered, including the truffle steak and fish curry, was intuitively delicious and neatly presented. Since these dishes are already widely praised on blogs and other platforms, I assume most visitors try these menu items.

But I want to recommend a relatively less noticed menu!
The real menu that impressed me here is the drinks with coffee☕️.

The first one I tried was the Espresso Avocado, and I wondered, does coffee and avocado go well together?🤔 But just try it once, it really matches perfectly! The espresso flavor was just insane. This menu is somewhat highlighted, so many people will probably try it.

The truly hidden(?) amazing menu! Pison also serves cocktails. Food, cafe, and even alcohol? I wondered if it would be good, but the Coffee Negroni🥃 and Espresso Martini🍸 I ordered were both life-changingly delicious.
It must be because they use really good coffee beans and espresso extracted from them. I want to go back to Ubud just to drink these..!

Though famous for its food, if you visit, try the light Espresso Martini, or if you want something stronger, give the Coffee Negroni a shot. Opportunities to try such delicious coffee cocktails are rare! Highly recommended for daytime drinking😎
