Uluwatu Temple

Uluwatu Temple is located on a cliff by the sea at the southern tip of Bali, and the scenery is truly spectacular! Standing there watching the sea and feeling the sea breeze instantly relaxes your mood. This temple is a famous sea god temple locally, with a long history, said to have been built in the 11th century. If you come in the evening, you can also see a stunning sunset, perfect for taking photos and checking in. Every evening, there is a Kecak dance performance, which is very unique and creates a great atmosphere. However, there are many monkeys in the temple, and sometimes they snatch things like hats and glasses, so be especially careful!
