Wat Arun — a must see temple in Bangkok 🇹🇭🛕

To enter, there is an entrance fee of 100 baht (~23 HKD) and you must dress modestly, there are shawls provided at the entrance (which I believe are free).

Wat Arun is such a beautiful and magnificent temple. I don’t think I have seen a temple as colourful and built covered by tiles and seashells.

There is a Thai traditional dress rental shop right across the street so I saw loads of tourists visiting in traditional dress.

Wat Arun is quite big and the steps are quite steep, I would recommend at least spending 30 minutes to an hour at the temple if you intend to visit.
