#Bangkok Attractions
Bangkok's Wat Phra Kaew is a quiet place hidden in the bustling city, like a pure land. When you first enter the temple, you will be attracted by the golden shining Main Hall. It is solemn yet gentle, making you feel a sense of tranquility away from the world. Walking up the stone steps, you will see greenery all around, which forms a sharp contrast with the hustle and bustle in the distance. As I entered the hall, I saw the Buddha statue with kind eyes and a solemn atmosphere. I burned incense and prayed here, and my heart was gradually cleansed by an invisible force. As the Buddhist chanting echoes, it seems that all worries are blown away like the smoke, and are replaced by tranquility and peace in the heart. There is a clear pond behind the temple, dotted with lotus flowers. Occasionally, carp swim leisurely by. The blue sky and the pagoda are reflected on the water surface, as if forming a tranquil picture. I sat by the pool and took a rest, feeling the gentle breeze, and my heart was as clear and transparent as the water. Shuimen Temple is not only a Buddhist holy place, but also a paradise where one can return to peace of mind. This short journey has made me realize more deeply the value of inner peace.
