Oniku to Gohan: A Yakiniku Recommendation

Recently, I had the chance to try a Yakiniku restaurant that I had heard about for a while but always missed out on because I went without a reservation and it was always full.

This time, I didn't miss out because I made a reservation over the phone. The restaurant has several parking spots. If the parking lot seems full, try talking to the parking staff. One of the staff members rode a motorcycle to guide us to another parking area nearby.

The Japanese rice at this restaurant comes from Fukuoka and is so good that I wanted to eat the entire 150 grams by myself. Each grain is perfectly cooked, with the right amount of stickiness, making every bite delightful. The restaurant also offers various types of sauces. I recommend trying the miso sauce, which has a unique flavor.
