Bangkok Sindhorn Kempinski

Last time I stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel in Thailand for a resort-style vacation.

This time, the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel is completely different. Located in the business district with convenient transportation, the building features black and gray curved streamlined architecture surrounded by greenery and trees, focusing on health and wellness. The lobby on the first floor is a popular spot for afternoon tea and social media photos.

I stayed in an executive lounge room, which provided a relaxing place to handle matters after my fan page was hacked. Feeling unmotivated, I gave up on two restaurants but spent two days in the executive lounge instead. Kempinski’s bread is famous, and the savory and sweet afternoon tea treats are just as good as spending money outside, especially the Thai milk tea, which is excellently made.

Hot food and six types of free alcohol are served starting at 5:30 PM. Breakfast includes a buffet and à la carte options on the 19th-floor executive level. I must say the food was quite impressive. In the evening, I walked in the garden, which is shared and connected to the Kimpton Hotel next door. Several well-known restaurants are also nearby. If your language skills aren’t strong, this is a very good vacation choice. The large gym and spa ensure you won’t be bored~
