Kuala Lumpur Five Days Four Nights Group Tour

【Day 1 Itinerary: Golden Palm Resort】
A 5-hour flight to Malaysia
No itinerary on the first day, just relaxing at the resort
The resort’s architecture is quite unique
But unfortunately, the weather was gloomy
The Malacca Strait is murky all year round
Photos didn’t turn out very beautiful
In the evening, there was a fire dance performance which was quite impressive

【Day 2 Itinerary: Resort Activities → City Farm → Hibiscus Resort】
In the morning, we played with ATVs, archery, egg painting, and batik DIY at the resort
I was really looking forward to the batik, but it was very different from what I did in Japan before
They prepared fixed wax patterns for you to color with watercolors, which can’t be washed
Then we went to the city farm
There were more animal species than I expected, and a buck-toothed alpaca was super cute
The park was also bigger than I imagined
But we had to follow the group, so it felt like we left pretty quickly
After that, we went to Hibiscus Resort
I even wore a red outfit with flowers on purpose
But the resort buildings were all white
And a bit dirty and old
Photos didn’t look very good either
I preferred the style of Golden Palm Resort
But the food at Hibiscus was better
Their resort grounds were very large
There were many small vehicles in the park
A funny moment was when we hailed a car on the road
The driver asked us to take a photo with him for a good review
For his performance XD

【Day 3 Itinerary: Souvenir Shop → Malay Costume Experience → National Palace → Chinatown → Independence Square → High Court → River of Life → Petronas Twin Towers Garden Plaza → Jalan Alor Night Market】

Today we arrived in Kuala Lumpur
Checked in at many attractions
But the photo time was very short
I hadn’t taken enough photos before we had to leave
Next time, I’ll travel independently
This time, I took far fewer photos
The most anticipated Malay costume experience
There were very few clothes to choose from
And I didn’t like many styles
But luckily, it looked better on me than I expected

【Day 4 Itinerary: Sleep Experience Center → Chocolate Specialty Store → HOSA Pewter DIY → Batu Caves → Central Art Market → IOI City Mall】

This day was mostly shopping
A typical group tour shopping stop
This time I actually bought a latex mattress
My willpower was a bit weak
But they gave a lot of gifts, so it felt like a good deal
However, even the cheapest one cost more than our tour fee
The pewter DIY was a bit disappointing
Everything was already made, and we just polished it
Batu Caves was great for photos, the Indian temple was beautiful
The guide treated us to Indian roti canai, which was delicious!!
Our group bought 5 mattresses in total, very happy XD
I originally wanted to climb to the top
But the time given was too short, so I only climbed a little
It was more important to take photos from below
Central Art Market is a mall
They sell many Malay clothes but not cheap
My friend and I each bought two pieces

【Day 5 Itinerary: Pink Mosque & Prime Minister’s Office → Malaysia-China Friendship Garden → Mitsui Outlet】

The best weather day, very sunny
First time entering a mosque
Girls had to wear red robes, very hot
The area open for visiting inside was very small
We came out quickly
Photos outside looked better
Putrajaya has many beautiful Islamic buildings
Then we went to a mall near the airport
The regret this time was not eating Hokkien noodles
Leaving that regret for next time when I go to Penang or Sabah
