Don't miss the view of the Forbidden City and Beijing from a high angle at Jingshan Park 🇨🇳

Jingshan Park is located on the northern side opposite the Forbidden City and was built during the reign of Emperor Yongle of the Ming Dynasty.

Jingshan Park is made up of 5 peaks, each with a pavilion.

In Jingshan Park, Emperor Chongzhen, the last emperor of the Ming Dynasty, hung himself from a tree at the foot of this mountain. On the way up the mountain, we will see this tree. 🌳

The top of this mountain is a popular spot for both Chinese and foreign tourists who come to wait to watch the sunset here. There are so many people that there is almost no place to walk. And be careful with valuables because there are really a lot of people.

Transportation
🚇 Subway Line 8, get off at National Art Museum or Zhongguo Meishuguan Station, Exit A and walk for about 10 minutes.

For friends who come to visit the Forbidden City in the afternoon, after walking around, you can exit the door and cross the road to see the beautiful sunset here. 🌆
