Enjoy the Forbidden City view at Jingshan Park

Jingshan Park, commonly known as Jingshan Garden, is a park located on a hill created from the excavation of the Forbidden City's moat.

After exploring the Forbidden City, head out through the northern gate, and you'll find Jingshan Park. It's recommended to allocate about 20 minutes before sunset to visit the Wanchun Pavilion. The walk up the hill is approximately 450 meters, with both flat paths and slightly steep stairs, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

This spot offers a stunning view of the Forbidden City during sunset. Additionally, you can walk around the pavilion to enjoy a panoramic view of Beijing from above.

💰 Average cost per person: 2 yuan. You can pay via WeChat or Alipay before entering the park.

- April to October: 06:00 - 21:00
- November to March: 06:30 - 20:00
Tickets are sold until 30 minutes before the park closes.

🚇 Transportation: Take subway line 8 to Shichahai Station, exit at Exit C, and walk approximately 900 meters to reach the park's northern entrance.
