Beijing Lantern Festival | Night Tour Lantern Guide

📍"Ecological Park Transformed into a Starry Universe"
This was my first time at this lantern festival, and the overall experience was quite good. The lanterns were beautiful, with different themed designs, and there was a light show at scheduled times every day. The event runs until early March, so there's still time to unlock this limited-time romance👇

⏰Entry Time: The event runs until March 9, daily (17:00–21:00)
🎫Ticket Guide: You can book directly on Trip.com. Group tickets are slightly cheaper, and you can book on the day.

🚇Traffic-Free Route:
Go early! Go early! Go early!
The entrance is at Gate 1. If you arrive at the parking lot after 6 pm, you won't be able to get in, and there won't be any parking spaces. In the end, my family member didn't go in and waited outside.

🔥How to Play:
The route is quite clear. After entering, the general direction is to circle the lake without backtracking. Each section has a theme, from ancient Chinese culture to the future world, from traditional mythology to modern fairy tales. There's something for everyone.
There are snack vendors near each themed area, selling skewers, noodles, candied hawthorn, roasted sweet potatoes, fried chicken, cotton candy, and more.
The exit is in the same direction as the entrance, nearby. Follow the exit, and the parking lot is just beside it.

👶The difficulty level is not high, with flat roads that are easy to walk on, making it suitable for children. However, there are many people, so take care of the kids.

⏰Play Time: From start to finish, without breaks or watching performances, it took us about 50 minutes. Taking it slow for about 2 hours is more suitable.
Some people who went last year said this year's lantern festival isn't as good, but as a first-time experience, I still recommend it.
