[Beppu Gourmet] Selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand

A super popular restaurant that has been selected as a Michelin Bib Gourmand,
it's always crowded

This was my second time there, so I didn't make a reservation,
but it was full as expected...

But luckily,
after waiting a little, a seat became available

By the way, the specialty
Seki horse mackerel and Seki mackerel
often sell out as soon as the restaurant opens,
so it's best to ask for a reservation

▶︎Charcoal-grilled chicken thigh (715 yen)

▶︎Charcoal-grilled Hinode pork spare ribs (605 yen)

Everything was really delicious,
and the restaurant was lively, which was nice,
but it was so busy that
it took a really long time to serve

Honestly, I thought they had forgotten my order

The food was okay,
but sometimes the drinks didn't come until I asked for them
(not every time though)

It was a little disappointing because it was delicious
