Bohol 1-day trip

This time, we'll introduce a plan that allowed us to fully enjoy Bohol in one day!

Rather than taking a package tour, we chartered a private driver for the day and went everywhere we wanted to see. 😏
The driver fee was 3,500 pesos per day plus entrance fees (50-150 pesos each).

5:15 AM Departure from hotel in Cebu City (arrange a taxi via Grab).
Arrive with plenty of time for baggage inspection.

5:30 AM Arrived at Cebu Pier 1.
We recommend purchasing ferry tickets online!
(800 pesos one way + 25 pesos terminal fee).

6:00 AM Ferry departure. 🚢
Bring some snacks with you might be a good idea!
For a better view, reserve an open-air seat.

8:00 AM Arrived in Bohol. 🏝️

8:30 AM Blood Compact Monument.
(15-minute ride).

9:00 AM Baclayon Church. ⛪️
The inside of the church is so beautiful!
(30 minutes)

10:00 Lunch on the Loboc River (approx. 1,000 pesos)
Enjoy lunch on the boat while listening to local songs and dances
(1 hour 30 minutes)

12:00 Tarsier Conservation Area
So so cute!
(1 hour)

13:30 Chocolate Hills ⛰️
Climb the 224 steps (maybe) for a spectacular view!
Apparently, the hills are green in the rainy season and brown in the dry season 🧐
(30 minutes)

14:30 Python Sanctuary
You can try on snakes and touch flying squirrels
(1 hour)

16:30 Hinagdan Cave
Small, but with beautiful water 🏊
Be careful, it closes at 17:00!
(Approximately 30 minutes)

5:30 PM Takeout from Jollibee

6:00 PM Arrive at Bohol Terminal
The last stop is 6:30 PM, so it's best to make a reservation online.

6:30 PM Depart Bohol 🚢
The night view was beautiful from the outdoor seats! It was cold inside with the air conditioning!

8:30 PM Arrive Cebu
There were plenty of drivers waiting, so Grab was the safest option!

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip, but I was exhausted after getting up at 4:30 AM. 😮💨
The whole day cost about ¥20,000! While some tours are cheaper, I think the only way to see all of this is by self-traveling!
