Sailimu Lake: A Picture-Perfect Destination

Xinjiang is not close to the sea, so Sailimu Lake is called the 'Silent Sea.' The vast grasslands along the lake shore are known as the Haixi Grasslands. In Mongolian, Sailimu means 'Lake on the Ridge.' Standing by this alpine lake, the water and sky merge into an endless horizon, making it a perfect spot for photography. On the other side of the lake, away from the road, there is a large slope covered with colorful flowers and grass, creating a romantic scene perfect for wedding photos. The lake view is stunning, but even in summer, the wind is strong and the temperature difference is significant.
