Egypt Tourism RTA

[Regulations]
Visit the top 5 places on the 4travel.jp ranking and return home

[Day 1]
Etihad/Narita to Cairo via Abu Dhabi
Departure around 5pm in the evening → Arrive before 6am the next day
Use this flight as you can use the full time the next day

[DAY 2]
First, head to the Giza Pyramids by UBER from the airport
If you are staying at a hotel in Cairo, it is a good idea to head to the hotel first and leave your suitcase there (any 4-5 star hotel near the airport will do this)
Lighten your load before entering the pyramids
The pyramids take just under 3 hours (including an internal tour)

Next, head to the Cairo Archaeological Museum while having lunch
The recommended place for lunch is a koshari restaurant called Abu Tarek, which is close to the archaeological museum
The Cairo Archaeological Museum takes 3 hours Weak

If you have time, it's a good idea to go to Muhammad Ali Mosque or Khan Khalili Market.

[DAY3]
Early morning flight from Cairo to Aswan Airport to Abu Simbel Airport.
There is a shuttle bus from Abu Simbel Airport, so use it to head to the temple.
The journey takes about 2 hours.
Return to Abu Simbel Airport and head to Aswan Airport. Take a taxi from the airport, but you will be ripped off, so it's a good idea to arrange a ride in advance on trip.com (UBER cannot be used).
It's the perfect time to check into the hotel, but it's also a good idea to use Karim to see the Ishizu Temple.

[DAY4]
Arrange a taxi for the day on VIATOR or similar and head to Luxor first thing in the morning.
Luxor has no transportation other than cars. So, there is no option other than chartering.
Arrived in Luxor about 3 hours from Aswan
In Luxor, it is good to see the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Mortuary Temple, Karnak Temple on the east bank, and Luxor Temple from the west bank (the east bank and west bank can be reversed).
The Colossi of Memnon are not very interesting, so it is enough to just look at them from the car window.
If you visit the above four places, it will be around 3-4pm in the evening.
Take a flight to Cairo and return to Cairo for a night.

[DAY5]
Returning home
If you take a flight departing at noon, you can do sightseeing in the morning.
The pyramids open from 7am, so you might want to take a look at them at the end.

[DAY6]
Arrived at Narita

[Overall review]
Aswan and Luxor are quite difficult because you cannot use UBER.
VI I recommend chartering a car through ATOR or a local travel agency.

On the other hand, if you are only going to Cairo, UBER is sufficient unless you are going far away, such as to Memphis.

However, be careful as there are many malicious UBERs around the airport.

It is a little expensive, but if you arrange a car through trip.com, it is convenient because you can arrange it according to your flight.

(I used a car to go back and forth between the airport and the city, and UBER for the city.)

I also recommend purchasing the admission ticket online to save time, but there are cases where the credit card security will reject it, so I recommend trying to purchase it before entering the country.

QR admission tickets are free from queues and allow easy entry.

Next time, I would like to focus on Cairo and run again.
