Perfect in every way, almost just as I remember when visited the original shop in Bali. In my humble opinion, still the best buttery, flaky, golden croissant I ever come across and the wife concurs. If you haven't tried Butterman's croissants and other pastries, you owe it to yourself to have this treat. Tip: heat it up for 1-2 mnts in the oven before devouring, best with hot coffee or fav beverage 🥐☕
