Ideal for Calm, Classy Travel: Feels Like Home with Outstanding Service!

I continuously find myself returning to this hotel. As someone who travels often for work, I've stayed in various hotels worldwide. This place has a homely vibe, with friendly staff who not only remember your name but also know your departure date. They're great at sharing information among departments so you don't have to repeat yourself. On my last visit, my mother joined me for breakfast, and Mr. Agit recalled this even on my second visit months later! The staff seem eager to exceed expectations—such a nice change. While many travelers prefer higher floors, I like staying lower, making this hotel just right for me. The rooms can be partitioned via curtains and sliding doors, perfect for entertaining guests. This hotel is an ideal retreat to relax and unwind. Besides the wonderful homely lounge, breakfast is a highlight. The coffee is freshly made to order rather than from a subpar self-service machine. Mr. Heru, the chef, kindly offered me various options! I ended up choosing my favorite—sliced papayas—which I enjoyed twice. Being a platinum elite member, I'm extremely satisfied with my stay. The staff is trained, professional, friendly, and tempting enough to make you come back. I definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers seeking a boutique, relaxing stay or couples seeking an intimate escape in Jakarta's center. It’s very welcoming to female solo travelers. 15/10! :)
