Discover the hidden gem hotel in Changsha! Before traveling to Changsha, I did a lot of research but couldn't decide on a hotel. Either it was too expensive or not clean enough, which was really frustrating.
The hotel's facade is very unique, not the usual kind, and you can see it from afar. It's very close to the train station, within walking distance, and also a few hundred meters from the subway station.
When checking in, the receptionist kindly informed us that there was construction going on next door. They were very apologetic and mentioned that if we were to rest in the hotel during the day, it might be a bit uncomfortable. They offered to upgrade our room for free to one further away from the noise. They informed us in advance, patiently changed our room, and said we could contact them anytime if there were any issues. From the moment we checked in, we felt the service was very attentive.
After checking in, they also gave us a flyer. I forgot to take a photo of it, but the receptionist said that all the items mentioned on that paper could be provided for free and returned after use. I remember there were curling irons, foot soak buckets, sanitary pads, skincare samples, and many other items that I can't recall. You can call the receptionist to ask. It's the first time I've encountered a hotel that provides so many items, they really thought of everything.
