Paifang Street, in front of Guangji Bridge
transportation:
West Kowloon High Speed Rail Station>Chaoshan Station>K2 to Chaozhou Old Town

Mr. A and I took the high-speed rail to Chaoshan Station for the first time and then took bus K2 to Chaozhou Ancient Town.
For the convenience of transportation and food, I booked a 4-star hotel not far from Paifang Street for accommodation.
When we arrived at Paifang Street, we walked around to see the environment.
Paifang Street is wider than I expected and very fun to walk around. Some small shops close at 17:00. There are a lot of tea shops, beef and pickled meat shops, and orange and citrus mandarin orange shops.
It started to rain as night fell. The street scene of Paifang Street and the entrance of Guangji Bridge were also very beautiful in the rain. But it is very troublesome to go shopping, holding an umbrella when you are wet, and it is inconvenient to take pictures.
Dinner tonight: fried clams, fried eels, raw pickled shrimps & oyster porridge. It was my first time to eat seafood marinated raw (shrimp), fragrant sesame oil & spicy, very delicious and special.
