The front desk team is both professional and warm-hearted. As a Hyatt Globalist member, I not only enjoyed a suite upgrade but also received welcome drinks and exquisite tea snacks. The attention to detail and sense of ceremony were impeccable.

Every visit becomes the epitome of "Chengdu-style comfort" you’ve been dreaming of.
