Chengdu, Sichuan | Visit Daci Temple: A Pure Mind Amidst the Bustling City of Chengdu, lies a tranquil and solemn Buddhist sanctuary: Daci Temple. Entering the main gate, the red walls and green tiles shield you from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The curling air of incense and the melodious tolling of bells create an instant sense of tranquility.

Daci Temple was first built during the Wei and Jin dynasties and reached its peak during the Tang dynasty. It is renowned for the monk Xuanzang's ordination there.
