Wat Umong (Suan Phuttadham) • Chiang Mai

Wat Umong is an important ancient site that has been in Chiang Mai for more than 700 years. It was built to be used as a place for meditation. Inside the tunnel, there are many passageways that connect to each other.

In addition, on top of the tunnel, there is a 700-year-old pagoda, which is Lanna art. The atmosphere inside the temple is refreshing and shady with many tall trees.
