Wat ChiangMa is the oldest temple in Chiang Mai, Thailand, and is known as the first temple of the kingdom.
Wat ChiangMa was built in 1297 by King Mengrai, founder of the Lanna Kingdom, as a sacred site when he established his capital (Chiang Mai) ☺️

The ornate temple was truly magnificent. There's no admission fee and it's open daily from 6 AM to 6 PM.
Located in the heart of Chiang Mai Old Town, it's a great place to stop by and see some sights. ❤️
