📖..The Jade Buddha Chiang Rai is a Buddha statue with the characteristics of the Chiang Saen Buddha, in the meditation posture, carved from jade from Canada. The Buddha's characteristics are similar to the Emerald Buddha, which was carved by jade carvers from China. It was created on the occasion of Her Majesty Queen Srinagarindra, the Princess Mother, or Her Majesty the Queen Mother, turning 90.
