Review: Ascott Raffles City Chongqing
My recent stay at the Ascott Raffles City Chongqing was a very pleasant experience, with several standout features that made the trip memorable.
One of the most impressive aspects was the sheer spaciousness of the apartment. The room was incredibly generous in size, offering a comfortable and luxurious feel. This, combined with the hotel's excellent location within the Raffles City complex, made it a fantastic base for exploring the city. From my high-floor room, the views of Chongqing were absolutely breathtaking, especially at night. It was a true pleasure to wake up to such a panoramic cityscape.
The staff at the hotel also deserve high praise. Their care and attention to detail were evident throughout my stay. They were always friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed, which added a personal and welcoming touch to the service.
If there was one area that could use some improvement, it would be the breakfast. While the offerings were adequate, the quality of the bread, in particular, left something to be desired. A wider variety of fresh, high-quality bakery items would significantly enhance the breakfast experience and bring it up to the same high standard as the rest of the hotel.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Ascott Raffles City Chongqing. The spacious rooms, stunning views, and exceptional service from the staff make it a top choice for anyone visiting the city. With a little improvement in the breakfast quality, it would be a truly perfect stay.
