Lago Federa is absolutely beautiful — but reaching it can be moderately challenging for older visitors, depending on their fitness level and mobility. It’s not accessible by car, so a hike is always required. However, if someone is active and used to light or moderate mountain walks, it can still be a rewarding experience for older people.

Comfortable walking for 1.5–2 hours (one way)

Used to mountain paths (gravel, some rocks, small ascents)
