Cusco: A City of Chaos, Cuisine, and Cafes

Cusco, the gateway to Machu Picchu, is a city situated at an altitude of 3,400 meters. I traveled from the airport to the city by bus, which cost just 1 peso (approximately 40 yen). While this is a great option if you have minimal luggage, the bus tends to be crowded, making it difficult to manage a suitcase.

The city is vibrant, filled with numerous restaurants and cafes. Since Cusco serves as a starting point for trips to Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain, staying for a few days will allow you to enjoy the area to the fullest.
