Travel in Korea Daegu Bagong Mountain Tour: Scenery, Cable Car, Food Guide

#Cable car

The main purpose of this flash mob trip to Daegu is to enjoy the maple leaves at Palgong Mountain! I saw many people sharing their photos of the mountain scenery with patches of red, orange and yellow on the Internet. It was so beautiful that it made my heart beat faster.

We live in the city, and the most convenient way is to take a taxi. It only takes about 30 minutes for four people to arrive (about 500 Taiwan dollars), which is a reasonable price. After arriving at Bagong Mountain, we walked into the mountain path. There was a hint of coolness in the air, but the sunshine filled the entire mountain road, making people feel warm and comfortable. Although the maple leaves have not turned completely red this time, the whole mountain view combined with the view from the cable car still makes people feel very relaxed. I highly recommend it!

After reaching the top, we chose to hike. The whole journey took about an hour, but because the scenery was so beautiful, we took photos while walking and stayed longer without realizing it. When I was a little hungry during the meal, I ordered a local specialty - flying soba noodles, which tasted really good! The weather was a bit cold that day, and a bowl of hot fish soup was really satisfying!

Although I didn’t get to see the maple leaves turn completely red this time, the whole trip still made me very happy. The cable car and the waiting time are not long, and the ticket is only 13,000 won, which is not expensive. If you come to Daegu, Palgongsan is definitely a good place to visit!
