Recommended hidden gem in Dalian, fewer people and beautiful scenery at Heishijiao Park

Right outside the Natural History Museum is Heishijiao Park. Walk down the wooden boardwalk and take a stroll around the black reef rocks, enjoy the sea breeze and the view of the ocean, it’s very refreshing.

When the weather is good, it’s a great spot for photos—you can stand on the reef rocks and capture the distant Xinghai Bridge, or take a boat ride to feed the seagulls. Not far away is Xinghai Square, which is also recommended for visiting and checking off your list.
