Today we had some business around Ratchawat, so we stopped by to find something to eat. We walked and found The Pam - Pam, a shophouse decorated in a cute, warm, and shady style.

Here, they have a menu of Ratchawat Chicken Noodles, which is an old recipe that has been sold for over 40 years. They have shredded chicken noodles, stewed chicken noodles, and chicken rice. We ordered dry thin noodles with shredded chicken + offal. It was sooo delicious! The thin noodles were cooked just right. The boiled chicken was so soft. The offal was also very good, soft and delicious, with no smell at all. They gave us a lot of food. We ate just one bowl and were full. I was very impressed with The Pam - Pam's Ratchawat Chicken Noodles. They also have a recommended dessert menu, homemade coconut ice cream.
