Enshi Grand Canyon

Enshi Grand Canyon is located in Enshi City, Hubei Province. It is a national 5A-level tourist attraction and a national geological park. The scenic area is famous for its magnificent natural scenery and unique geological structure, and is known as the "World Geological Wonder" and "Natural Museum of Karst Landforms."
The canyon is about 108 km long and covers an area of more than 300 square kilometers. It has rich geological landscapes, including tiankengs, ground fissures, cliffs, peak clusters, rock pillar groups, karst caves, and underground rivers. The forest coverage rate of Enshi Grand Canyon is as high as 90%, with mild winters and cool summers, and a unique ecological environment.
The main attractions in the scenic area include Qixingzhai and Yunlong Ground Fissure. Qixingzhai covers an area of about 7.2 km and offers rich geological landscapes, known as the natural museum of karst landforms. Yunlong Ground Fissure is famous for its deep river valleys and steep banks, and is known as the "most beautiful scar on the earth."
One of the iconic landscapes of Enshi Grand Canyon is "Yizhuxiang," a 150-meter-high karst stone pillar that has become a famous attraction due to its unique shape and rarity.
