Things to Prepare

• Documents: Bring your ID card and other valid IDs. Visitors eligible for discounts should also bring relevant documents, such as student IDs, senior citizen IDs, and disability certificates.

• Clothing: Wear comfortable sneakers or hiking boots and bring a light jacket.

• Other items: Bring high-SPF sunscreen, a sun hat, sunglasses, an umbrella or raincoat, and sufficient snacks and drinking water.

Transportation

• By air: Fly to Enshi Xujiaping Airport, then take a shuttle bus from Hongmiao Station to the Grand Canyon.

• By train: After arriving at Enshi Railway Station, take the Enshi-Grand Canyon shuttle bus from the Enshi Passenger Transport Center, diagonally opposite the train station on the left. The shuttle bus operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm daily. A one-way ticket costs CNY 25, and the journey takes two hours.

• By car: For vehicles with fewer than 19 seats, navigate to "Tunbao," drive along Provincial Road S233 from Enshi to the Grand Canyon, then navigate to "Enshi Grand Canyon Tourist Center" and arrive at the parking lot via Mazhe.

Tickets

• Qixingzhai Ticket: CNY 105 per adult, CNY 52 per discounted visitor.

• Yunlong Ground Seam (partially open) Ticket: CNY 20 per adult, CNY 10 per discounted visitor.

• Sightseeing bus + ground cable car: CNY 50 per person.

• Upward cable car ticket: CNY 105 per person.

• Outdoor sightseeing elevator: CNY 30 per person.

• Ground seam vertical sightseeing elevator: CNY 30 per person.

Tour Routes

• Route 1 (recommended): Take the cable car: Tourist Center ticket gate - ground cable car - cable car square - Yunlong Ground Seam entrance - visit Yunlong Ground Seam - Yunlong Ground Seam exit - take the upward cable car - visit Qixingzhai - return center - take the sightseeing bus back to the cable car square - take the ground cable car - Tourist Center.

• Route 2 (without cable car): Tourist Center ticket gate - ground cable car - cable car square - Yunlong Ground Seam entrance - visit Yunlong Ground Seam - Yunlong Ground Seam exit - take the sightseeing bus - Qixingzhai walking entrance - visit Qixingzhai - return center - take the sightseeing bus back to the cable car square - take the ground cable car - Tourist Center.

Attractions

• Yunlong Ground Seam: The ground seam is "Z"-shaped, with a deep river valley and steep cliffs. The currently open area is from Yunlong Waterfall to the Xiaomanyao Ladder section.

• Cliff Plank Road: Built on a cliff at an altitude of 1,700 meters, it is an excellent choice for viewing the scenery of Dawuling and the sea of clouds.

• Daloumen Peak Cluster and Welcoming Pine: The peak cluster rises from the ground, and the Welcoming Pine hangs on the cliff. It is one of the photo spots.

• Incense Burner Peak: This is the most famous attraction in the Grand Canyon. The 150-meter-high suspended peak stands alone like a pillar, with clouds atop it. It is the "treasure of the valley" in Enshi Grand Canyon.

• Dadi Mountain: The overall shape resembles a huge character "chuan" (meaning river or mountain stream). The two towering limestone pillars on the left, one large and one small, are slender like pens. From left to right, they are Yupi Peak, Yunü Peak, and Yuping Peak.
