Discovered a hidden gem hotel in Guangzhou with excellent cost performance

Foshan Nanhai Litai Crowne Plaza Hotel opened in 2022. As a relatively new Crowne Plaza branch, the original owner was Poly, later taken over by Litai, but the overall quality still needs improvement.

🏘️Room type/layout:
The hotel is located in Sanshan New Town, Wenhan Lake, Nanhai District, Foshan. There are few facilities around except for laboratories, and Wenhan Lake is not a must-visit attraction.

🛌Amenities/facilities:
The room air conditioning is very good, cools quickly, and has a fragrance;
Basic facilities are complete.

💰Average cost per person:
The regular cash room rate is about 600 yuan, and points redemption requires about 10,000 points. Relatively speaking, points redemption offers better value. This stay was booked using points redemption.

💗Other tips:

- The hotel's location advantage lies in its proximity to Foshan Florence Town, Guangzhou South Railway Station, and Guangzhou Chimelong, but it is not very close.
- The front desk upgraded the room type upon check-in.
- Compared to other IHG hotels, this stay was less satisfactory; consider choosing other brand hotels.
