Waited 100 days! Finally stayed at the Fuji Shohoen Hotel at the end of the year.

All hotel rooms face Mount Fuji 🗻 and Lake Kawaguchi, so you can enjoy the magnificent view of the "reverse Fuji" reflection every morning when you wake up. This view is truly unique!

The rooms are mainly in traditional Japanese style, with tatami mats, and also offer room types with Western elements. Although the overall style is slightly rustic, the spacious and bright layout provides guests with a comfortable stay. 🪟 The window is thoughtfully designed with a tea table, so you can enjoy tea while admiring the view outside. In addition, the room also provides 🆓 yukata 👘, wearing a yukata and taking a photo with Mount Fuji, isn't that a great photo!

In addition to the hot springs in some room types ♨️, the hotel also has separate public baths for men and women, including indoor and outdoor sections.

Although the indoor bath has large glass windows 🪟, the view outside is blurred due to the hot spring steam. It is recommended to go directly to the outdoor Aka Fuji (female) or Kuro Fuji (male) bath to enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Kawaguchi and Mount Fuji.

The special room on the 2nd floor offers authentic kaiseki cuisine, where you can taste the local Yamanashi wine pork 🐷 "Wine Pork". Breakfast and dinner will be delivered directly to the room by the staff, so you can enjoy the food without leaving the room.
