Excellent service and scenery!

I managed to book a room through trip.com that wasn't available on the official website. As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the staff assisted with my luggage. The lobby was very quiet with piano music playing, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I initially thought the dinner portions would be small, but they were actually quite generous. The view from the window was breathtaking, directly facing the majestic Mount Fuji. The outdoor sauna also offered a great view of Mount Fuji. Additionally, the hotel rooms and public areas were impeccably clean!
The only minor downside was that I checked in on 10/31, and although the weather wasn't very cold, the room only had heating. When I asked the staff, they explained that the air conditioning was centrally controlled and only heating was provided since it was already winter. As I tend to get hot easily, I had to open the window, which let mosquitoes into the room.
