If you find it, buy it! Yoshida's Udon Dashi MAX

Yoshida udon is a specialty dish of Fujiyoshida City.

It is a local dish characterized by thick noodles that are boiled for an average of 15 minutes or more, and a warm broth based on miso and soy sauce.

At the Fujiyoshida Roadside Station, they sell not only udon noodles, but also broth and udon bowls.

Of course, there are also plenty of local vegetables, plants, and Mt. Fuji goods.

I am a big fan of Yoshida udon, so I feel a sense of duty to buy some to take home.

My personal favorite is Yoshida Udon Dashi MAX, a broth developed by the udon club at the local Hibarigaoka High School (!) and sold since 2018.

It is a warm and gentle broth that has an impact, so I use it in hot pot dishes.
It is also available as a hometown tax donation.

Try making it at home with a set of udon, broth, and noodles.

It takes quite a long time to boil, so please be patient.
