After a delicious breakfast, we walked to Kushida Shrine. It is a shrine where the god of prosperity is enshrined and where the Hakata Gion Yamakasa festival begins. It is also where the sword that killed Empress Myeongseong, who carries our historical pain, is kept. It was a place where many thoughts crossed my mind while visiting this place.
