Fukuoka Shokudo Hikaru | Affordable yet delicious Japanese cuisine!

The sashimi in the seafood donburi was incredibly fresh. Each piece was thick and generously sliced. Sweet shrimp, tuna, and salmon were all served in turn. The vinegared rice had just the right sweet and sour taste. I devoured it completely. The grilled salmon had crispy skin and tender meat. Even the accompaniments were thoughtfully prepared. The rice was refillable. It was incredibly satisfying. The overall atmosphere felt homely. The food was even better than many restaurants. The prices were also very reasonable. I'll definitely be back for more!
