Weekend Trip to Gangwon Province

I recently went on a trip to Gangwon Province, traveling from Gangneung to Sokcho over the weekend!

The first stop was Sunpo Beach, where the canola flowers were in full bloom! I visited in early June, and the sight of the flowers blooming right by the sea was absolutely stunning ❤️

The second destination was Sunpo Wetland, located right next to Sunpo Beach! It was my first time visiting the wetland, and it was a perfect spot for a stroll with its lush greenery and reservoir.

The third place was Sangdomun Stone Wall Village in Sokcho. This charming village is built with stone walls and features various art pieces scattered around the area.

The fourth stop was a restaurant near Sokcho Central Market called "Jinjja Sundae," where I enjoyed a bowl of sundae gukbap 😊. Sokcho is famous for sundae gukbap, and it was absolutely delicious.

It was such a delightful trip to Gangwon Province after a long time!
