Gifu. A trip from Gero to Takayama on the "Limited Express Hida" carrying Gero Onsen "Gero Manju".

A trip from Gero to Takayama on the "Limited Express Hida".
The section was short, but there were few regular trains, so I took the limited express.

Enjoying the scenery of the Gifu mountains while eating "Gero Manju" made by Gero... vomit... vomit vomit "Frog🐸".

Gero Onsen's slightly witty frog🐸 character is interesting as a local mascot😄

The limited express seems to be a hybrid train, and the monitor showed whether the motor was using the engine or the battery.

The carriages have Wi-Fi.
The floor was decorated with "Ichii Ittobori" woodwork from the Gifu region.

There were many foreign tourists on board, and it was impressive to see them happily taking pictures of the scenery outside the window.

There was a luggage storage area at the end of the carriage that could store large luggage, so it must be an area that is originally frequented by tourists.

I had never used a hybrid train before, so I enjoyed it.

The "Limited Express Hida" connects Nagoya Station and Osaka Station to Takayama Station, Hida-Furukawa Station, and Toyama Station!
