Red Carpet Quest💫and Perfume Secrets in France

So, it's amazing that you can have breakfast in Germany, dinner in Switzerland, skip Italy, and end up on the Côte d'Azur...

Day 1

🗺Cannes-Grasse-Mougins

📍Cannes in 1 day – mission accomplished!

What we did:
✔️found portraits of film legends on the facades of buildings (and yes, it's a quest!),
✔️walked along that very red carpet and found all the palm branches, both in daylight and in the evening
✔️tried an almond croissant, after which all others are just buns (and how can we go on living now?)
✔️strolled down a street with an unexpected name – Surpriise. And it truly lived up to its name, as there are stairs leading up to it, perfect for cardio workouts.

📍Grasse — the capital of fragrances

My visit to the Fragonard Museum in Paris ended with the credits "to be continued"...
I knew the sequel was in Grasse. But I had no idea how to get there, but... Magic happens.

This isn't just a museum, but a real production facility. The museum is almost entirely non-interactive, but getting lost in the beauty of perfume bottles from different eras is a delight for any girl.

A free tour takes you behind the scenes of fragrance creation.
And when you find yourself in front of the perfumer's workstation, the very same perfume organ, it becomes clear why fragrances are listened to. You can listen, too, by the way.

📍Mougins — a village where time breathes slowly

A stone village, immersed in greenery and silence, just 15 minutes from glamorous Cannes—but it feels like another universe. Picasso strolled here, Christian Dior found inspiration here. Who wouldn't be inspired here?
The narrow streets wind like lines on a palm, every window and door is like a postcard, every balcony is a stage where flowers play the leading roles.
A delight for my eyes!
