Day 1:
At dawn, I arrived at the base of the Canton Tower, gazing up at this modern marvel of the city. Taking the high-speed elevator, I soared into the sky, capturing the breathtaking views of Guangzhou. The Pearl River stretched like a jade belt, with buildings on both sides harmoniously blending modern and classical styles. Then, I strolled to Shamian Island, a historical enclave. European-style buildings stood tall, with ivy creeping up the weathered walls, as if whispering tales of the past.
Day 2:
In the early morning, I visited the Nansha Tin Hau Temple, a place where the sea breeze meets faith. The temple, nestled by the mountains and the sea, with its red walls and green tiles, looked particularly solemn and majestic against the blue sky and sea. I wandered through the square in front of the temple, gazing out at the vast South China Sea, with the gentle sea breeze bringing a refreshing scent. Next, I headed to the Nansha Wetland Park, a paradise for birds. I took a boat through the wetland's waterways, with reeds swaying on both sides and birds circling in the sky, occasionally letting out crisp calls. I quietly admired this natural painting, feeling the tranquility and harmony of nature, allowing my soul to be cleansed by the sea breeze and nature.
