Guangzhou! Ancient streets to futuristic skyscrapers

A short trip to Guangzhou, the vibrant capital of Guangdong Province. A gateway to southern China, Guangzhou blends modern skyscrapers with centuries of rich history. As I wandered through the bustling streets, I was captivated by the city’s energy, from the stunning skyline of Canton Tower to the historical charm of Shamian Island.

One of the highlights of my trip was indulging in authentic Cantonese cuisine. Every meal was a delight from savoring dim sum at a traditional tea house to tasting savory roast goose and silky rice rolls. The locals’ love for food is contagious, and I eagerly tried new flavors at every turn. I found my favorite Japanese Yakiniku called “Yakiniku Like” here, and I can’t resist trying the franchise here.😹

Beyond the food, I explored Beijing Road, one of the famous shopping and cultural streets in Guangzhou. Nearby, a Pearl River night cruise offered a mesmerizing view of the city’s illuminated skyline, a moment I’ll never forget.

My visit left me with cherished memories and a deep appreciation for this dynamic city. I can’t wait to return with my family again soon!
