⭕ Unforgettable experience! After visiting Guizhou three times, I finally discovered this stunning hidden gem! This route is perfect for family trips—cave exploration, paddleboarding 🛶 with fewer crowds and breathtaking scenery! 🌠 Visit the Tianyan Observatory to marvel at this national treasure and take a memorable photo with the Chinese Sky Eye 💎 Paddleboarding in Huanglong Cave, a super cool 'underground maze'; walking through the Water Curtain Cave at Huangguoshu Waterfall to feel the powerful water flow… Even after returning home, my kid keeps talking about it. Missing out on this amazing destination would truly break my heart 😭.

D1️⃣: Arrival from various cities - pick-up - stay in Guiyang
🔹 As soon as we landed, the cool breeze of Guiyang greeted us 🍃. We visited Qianling Mountain Park to see monkeys and tigers, then explored the night market for local delicacies: sour soup fish, Changwang noodles, Siwawa… My kid loved the food too 😋.
D2️⃣: Guiyang - Huangguoshu Waterfall - stay in Anshun
🔹 Playing in the water at the base of Huangguoshu Waterfall was so refreshing! You can even touch the waterfall and walk through the 'Water Curtain Cave,' fulfilling my son's dream of being the Monkey King. The second half of Tianxing Bridge was quieter, perfect for relaxing.
D3️⃣: Anshun - Canyon Viewing Bridge Camp - Xunlong Cave Exploration - stay in Huaxi
🔹 Enjoying tea and taking stunning photos at the canyon camp with a cool breeze ☕️.
🔹 Highlight of Guizhou: cave exploration 🧗. The karst landscape was awe-inspiring and truly cool. My kid was thrilled to complete the 'Dragon Quest' with a headlamp and professional guide—exciting and unique!
D4️⃣: Huaxi - Chinese Sky Eye - stay in Huaxi
🔹 To see the full view of the Sky Eye, you need to climb 789 steps to the Pingtang Tianyan Observatory 🔭. The Sky Eye is massive and impressive! Note: No electronic devices are allowed; storage lockers are available at the ticket checkpoint.
D5️⃣: Huaxi - 👻 Bridge - Rice Field Café - stay in Huaxi
🔹 Playing water games, catching fish, and experiencing waterfall rappelling in the creek. Climbing down the rocks to reach the base of the waterfall was incredibly rewarding!
🔹 After pottery-making, we enjoyed a latte at the Rice Field Café ☕ while admiring the golden fields—perfect for Instagram-worthy photos.
D6️⃣: Huaxi - Huanglong Cave Paddleboarding - return to Guiyang
🔹 Paddleboarding is less strenuous than cave exploration. The stalactites hanging above are close to the water surface, and the reflections on the rock walls sway with the waves. It's super dreamy, like stepping into the world of 'Avatar.'
