A ramen shop with a long line, especially on weekends
I went to Hakata Issou.

There was no line when I went there after 2pm on a weekday, but the place was almost full.

The ramen has a rich soup with a little foam and a strong pork bone aroma.

The noodles are thin and topped with two slices of char siu, wood ear mushrooms, and green onions.

Mustard takana and garlic are on the table, so you can add them for free.

You buy a meal ticket in advance, but you can add extra noodles, rice, gyoza, etc. at the table with cash.

It was delicious with the taste I liked.
