Upstairs, you can see the entire fortress, which is really a 5-pointed star shape

🌳 Or if you have time, you can walk into the fortress.
In the middle is the former republican government office (Former Magistrate Office), which if you are interested, you can also go in and see the rooms (additional fee). It's like having a dressing room!

🚗 As for parking, Goryokaku Tower does not have its own parking lot. You have to park at the Hakodate City Art Museum. Address on the opposite side (first hour 200¥, every 30 minutes 100¥)
