Owakudani Ropeway Station

Owakudani Station is located at an altitude of 1044m.

It is also a transfer station for those heading to Lake Ashi and those heading to Sounzan.

The boarding points are different, so it is best to allow yourself plenty of time so you don't panic if you get lost.

There is a souvenir shop in the station building that sells everything from sweets to accessories, so it's a great way to kill time.

This ropeway allows you to enjoy impressive views of Mt. Fuji from the sky and Owakudani from above 🚡
