Amanfayun Café – a peaceful escape near Lingyin Temple, Hangzhou 🌿

Tucked away in the serene surroundings of Lingyin Temple, Amanfayun offers a perfect blend of quiet luxury and natural beauty. Though part of the exclusive Aman hotel, the Amanfayun Café is open to the public — we stopped by for a relaxing break and loved the experience.

The café serves a small but refined menu including teas, soft drinks, fresh bread, and desserts. Their ice cream was sweet but not overpowering, and the tea was light and refreshing — a lovely pairing for a warm afternoon.

Afterwards, we wandered the stone paths surrounded by lush greenery. The calm, the air, the view — everything felt just right.
