Night View of Both Sides of Qianjiang River

Hangzhou, developed along the river, boasts an absolutely stunning night view of both sides of the Qianjiang River✨

If West Lake represents the classical beauty of Hangzhou, then Qianjiang New City is definitely the face of modern Hangzhou! This time, walking along the Qiantang River, I was amazed by the dazzling night view near the City Balcony, a completely different Hangzhou experience🚀

🌉 Must-visit for night tours:
📍 City Balcony (Exit B, Jiangjin Road Metro Station): The best viewing platform, bar none! There are two light shows every Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday at 7:30 PM and 8:30 PM. The buildings transform into a giant screen cinema—super impressive. It’s recommended to arrive half an hour early to secure a spot; the viewing platform has tiered seating, very thoughtful~

🌌 Recommended activities along the route:
▫️ South Square of the Civic Center: The landmark golden globe "InterContinental Hotel" + reflecting pool, with neon reflections that are super dreamy
▫️ Sand City Outlets (No. 8 Jiefang East Road): Shop while enjoying the river view; the 4th-floor viewing platform offers an excellent perspective
▫️ Qianjiang Century Park: The "Gate of Hangzhou" check-in spot on the opposite bank, with the cross-river bridge lights resembling a flowing galaxy

📸 Photo tips:
1⃣️ Use slow shutter speed to capture car trails during the light show; a tripod is essential
2⃣️ Shoot reflections with symmetrical composition at the pool in front of the Civic Center
3⃣️ Wear light-colored clothes for better photos; avoid all-black outfits to prevent blending into the background!

🚇 Transportation guide:
Direct access via Metro Lines 4 and 7 at Civic Center Station. For driving, park at "Raffles City" or "MixC." Remember to travel off-peak to avoid traffic jams on Jiefang East Road.

In the nightscape of the Qiantang River lies another kind of romance in Hangzhou🌃 River View Photography
