If you come to Hanoi, tam vị Southeast Asian Vietnamese home cooking restaurant!
One of the reasons I travel to Southeast Asia is
the reason I go on a Michelin Guide restaurant tour~
The first Hanoi Michelin Guide was published in 2023-
Among them, Tam Vi (Tam Vi) is a whopping one-star rank. I made a reservation out of curiosity and excitement,
and I decided to leave a review after visiting🫶🏻

2023 Hanoi
A restaurant ranked as one Michelin star
The Michelin Guide template placed at the entrance
matches the interior well and raises my expectations!
It's a Vietnamese home-style restaurant.
The interior, which is inspired by a traditional Vietnamese house,
stands out -
The wooden tables and chairs
bring out a Southeast Asian sensibility.
Small ponds and lush green Southeast Asian plants were visible here and there, and the atmosphere while eating was also really good!
I felt that it was not selected for the Michelin Guide for nothing because of the attention paid to each and every detail of the interior.
The menu features Vietnamese home-cooked meals.
You can choose between rice and mixed grain rice.
I picked the braised pork!
The plump pork ribs were
simmered in Vietnamese soy sauce,
so they were not chewy at all and soft.
The eggs that came with them were
simmered in aged soy sauce,
so they were not salty at all and were light and savory.
The portions were so large that you couldn't finish them all by yourself,
so it would be a great experience to visit with your family.
Since it was the first Michelin Guide selected in Hanoi,
you can look forward to both the taste and the atmosphere!❗️❗️
